Managing Partner

Bill joined the USMC in 1990, and earned multiple citations and awards including the Navy Achievement Medal during his six years of service. Retiring as a Staff Sergeant, the Corps values of integrity, loyalty, and dedication easily transferred to his passion in Construction. 

Bill’s broad-based construction knowledge, including Federal + State Building Codes and HUD Guidelines, and 22 years of extensive experience in the Project Management of multi-million dollar construction projects, has formed his innate ability to assess challenging situations and creatively determine the most efficient and cost-effective method to meet objectives and maximize the bottom line. This has made him an expert in turning around failing or stalled projects into lucrative ones, consistently driving delivery of projects on-time, within budget and in compliance. 

Bill’s responsibilities include Client Relations, Estimating, and Business Development. He is actively involved in the management of each project and its Directors, and ensures the project sticks to the schedule, operates within the allocated budget, and results in a 

top-quality product.

Vice President of Operations

Justin’s 20 years of expertise is in
Commercial and Residential construction, with 

a broad range of experience in trades and roles as Site Foreman, project management 

to Site Superintendent.

His responsibilities include the daily operations
of the firm, and management of all field operations. On-site, he manages all equipment,  technical staff, and subcontractors. 

He works collaboratively with other senior leaders and other departments to support their efforts in accomplishing company goals.

Trains staff by delegating responsibility, providing high-impact performance feedback, and assisting in conflict resolution.

Justin holds a C-46 (Solar Contractor) License, acknowledging his specialty in the installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of thermal and photovoltaic 

solar energy systems, including battery backup systems.

Senior Project Manager

Galil Thomas’ experience is in the Management of New Construction Projects for Commercial and Residential Builders. His strengths include but are not limited to; knowledge and understanding of safety and building codes, regulations and inspection compliance. 

Galil is responsible for maintaining construction delivery within schedule, quality, and safety standards. He also assists in project planning, 

and purchasing to ensure projects are 

completed within budget. 

He is adept at negotiating with subcontractors 

to perform specialized work, and works collaboratively with groups to maintain 

a tight schedule.

His project experience ranges from managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Subcontractors on site, to coordination of all phases in construction (contract negotiation, architecture & engineering, estimating, preparation of construction documents, 

materials, and infrastructure site completion).
